I’m a UX and human-centered design leader who cares deeply about how people experience the world, especially when it comes to complex digital products and systems. I love helping teams find clarity in the messy middle, ask better questions, and design experiences that actually work for real humans.

I’m driven by the intersection of people, design, and business. My sweet spot is turning ambiguity into direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and making sure the user’s voice stays front and center. To me, good UX is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in empathy, not trends.

Outside of work, life is full and a little chaotic in the best way. I have three kids, three dogs, and a soft spot for family fishing trips, gardening, and a good Netflix binge. Those everyday moments keep me grounded and influence how I show up as a leader and UX practitioner.
